How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button located at the top of our website. Follow the prompts to provide your information and create a password. Once registered, you can log in to access your account.

How do I place an order?

Browse through our website or type the book name in the search bar and follow these steps:

1)- Click 'Add to Cart'.

2)- Then click on the yellow box on the top-right corner. Now either click on 'View Cart' or 'Checkout.'

3)- If you click 'View Cart', you will get an expanded view of the cart. You can make changes in your cart and then proceed by clicking 'Checkout.'

4)- If you click 'Checkout', you will go directly to the 'Checkout' page.

5)- If you are a registered user, please log in.
  If you want to create an account, click on 'Register Account' and then 'Continue' to fill in the required details.

If you do not want to register, click on 'Guest Checkout' and then 'Continue'  to fill in the required details.

6)- Make the payment. Your order has been placed. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Wallet, UPI and other digital payment options. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your financial information is protected.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Alternatively, you can also monitor your order's status within the "My Account" section after logging into your account on our website.

What is the usual timeline for order processing, tracking ID sharing, and delivery?

Typically, we dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from the date of your purchase, and the tracking ID is usually shared on the 3rd to 5th day following your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

Certainly, you can cancel an order, but there are specific conditions and timeframes to consider:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been shipped from our side. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp Number 9319391199, and provide us with the necessary order details, including the order number.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We typically dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will not return the order.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is currently out of stock, we recommend getting in touch with us via WhatsApp number 9319391199. Our team will be glad to assist you. We will notify you promptly through email or WhatsApp as soon as the item becomes available again in our inventory. 

How much does shipping cost?

  • For orders with a total value below Rs. 500, a shipping charge of Rs. 70 will be applied.

  • For orders with a total value of Rs. 500 and above, shipping is provided free of charge.

Do you accept cash-on-delivery (COD)? 

No, we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD). 

Do you accept bulk purchase orders?

How will I know whether my order has been received?

You will receive confirmation that your order has been received through a confirmation email sent to your registered email address. If you have successfully placed an order and have not received the confirmation email, please ensure to check your email's spam or junk folder as sometimes emails can be filtered there.

What should I do if my payment has been debited but I haven't received any confirmation of my order?

How do I purchase an e-book?

Go to our website https://meritbox.app/contact , search the book name and select ‘Get E-book.’  

Use the search function to find the book you're interested in. Enter the book's name in the search bar.

Once you've found the desired book, click on it. On the book details page, look for the option labelled 'Get E-book' and click on it.
