Books purchased from goyal-books.com, that are requested for return within 30 days of dispatch are eligible for full refund, deducting the freight charges as applicable.
The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or exchange the books have been purchased. Our customer can only receive the refund. Moreover, can only return items that have been received.
Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.
Books that are purchased online from goyal-books.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions.
goyal-books.com penalizes the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order. The books that have been purchased from our showrooms or other book stores cannot be returned online.
Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom/Bookstore. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition.
A request for return has to be submitted within 30 days of dispatch of the items. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Seven days of our receiving the returns.
