Books can be returned within 15 days of purchase, given the book/s are/is in original condition.
The customer is required to pay carrier/post charges to return the items.
We will refund you the amount remaining after deducting carrier/post charges and other incurred costs, within seven days of receiving the item through the same payment gateway/method used at the time of purchase.
If we send you a defective or wrong item, we will replace it. The customer is initially required to pay carrier/post charges; we will initiate reimbursement once we receive the item.
Books purchased from our showrooms or other bookstore are not eligible for online return. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the showroom/bookstore, given such items are in original condition. We will inform the customer via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
